Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Due to a large increase of last minute cancellations and no-show clients, we have been forced to re-enforce our policies regarding your appointment. Although we wish we did not have to do this, our livelihood depends on you.

Cancellations & No-shows

If cancelling within the 24 hour window of your appointment, a 50% fee of scheduled services is required to be paid prior to rebooking.

If you do not show up for your appointment, a 100% fee of scheduled service is required to be paid prior to rebooking.

Repeated Cancellations & No-shows

If you consistently cancel within 24hours or not show for your appointments, after the 3rd time, you will only be able to make appointments on a day-of basis.
