We pride ourselves on creating a relaxed and comfortable environment for our clients. To ensure that everyone has an exceptional experience and to maintain the smooth operation of our services, we kindly ask you to take a moment and familiarize yourself with our house rules before booking an appointment.
CONSULTATION:
Check us out before you check in. Book in for a quick chat with your stylist before making a booking. Consultations are required for ALL new colour clients (as well as returning clients who wish for a change or specialised colour service such as balayage or full bleaches). We can ensure that you are booking in for the correct services and receiving a correct quote for the look you are aiming for.
PATCH TEST:
We are required by UK Law to do a skin/patch test for ALL CLIENTS booked for colour appointments. Just pop into the salon at least 48 hours before your appointment and we’ll take care of it. If you’re coming in for a consultation, it makes sense to get it done then.
TIMELINESS:
We strive to maintain a well-organized schedule to provide the best service to all our clients. Your timeliness is crucial in helping us run smoothly and efficiently. Why not arrive 15 minutes earlier and grab a cuppa? You’ll be very welcome in our waiting area.
CANCELLATIONS:
We know that things come up and you may need to cancel your appointment. Please give us as much notice as possible so we have time to fill your slot.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Out-with 24 hours — no charge.
Within 24 hours — 50% charge.
No show — 100% charge.
